Scheme Overview

The Deans’ Awards scheme aims to recognise and reward excellence in research, research engagement and partnerships, research in business education, research training and lifetime exceptional distinction in research activities in the Faculty of Business and Economics (FBE) and Melbourne Business School (MBS).

Application Process

  • Head of Departments (HoD) seek nominations from members of staff.
  • Members of staff (applicant/s) complete this online form.
  • Applicant/s provide their Head of Department with a PDF copy of the online form and request that they complete the nomination statement. Applicants should contact their HOD for nominations more than 1 week prior to the deadline.
  • HoDs (in consultation with the Professoriate) to forward the completed nomination statement to the applicants.
